Welcome! I'm Logan Poynter, an independent ServiceNow
architect (CTA) and trusted advisor to enterprise teams across multiple sectors helping
navigate platform growth, complexity, and transformation. With over a decade of hands-on
experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem and IT, I help organizations unlock the full
potential of the Now Platform through strategic architecture, technical governance, and
scalable design aligned to ITIL and ServiceNow leading practices.
